A slow start to the day. Stayed up too late, went to sleep at midnight. Woke up just after eight, so I got eight hours straight through, which is an extreme rarity. It's always possible I woke up but I was never awake enough to look at the clock which is the usual case. Had a couple crazy dreams, some of which I actually remembered. So it was a weird one.
Feeling okay. I was pleasantly surprised to see a drop on the scale despite the pizza. I even feel a little backed up , which of course suggests that it could have been a bit lower yet. Anyway, happy with that. Today will be up, since there is no exercise likely (it's going to rain plus Sundays). Lots of work to do and I need to start getting organized for my vacation.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
Good as always. Takes a while, but low effort. Now if only they weren't bad for me.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled w fajita veg in olive oil/butter, hash browns, 2 Meijer sausage patties
A satisfying bowl. Might have a special Sunday treat in a little bit.
V-8 spicy bloody mary with olives - I impulse bought some V-8 bloody mary mix weeks ago and I finally have a chance to try one. Didn't have any celery, pickles or other stuff so I kept it simple. Also could have used ice. It was decent, but not the best bloody I've had.
Dinner: BLT, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, cookie and ice cream
Sunday dinners. Also, dominos jala bacon cheesy bread
Exercise: Nope.
