Ah, the flow has reduced. Which is fine. I still have water to lose, but at a more reasonable pace.
Didn't get to sleep as early as I would like but it doesn't seem to have mattered much. I woke up a little after 6:00 and while I did not get going I was again unable to go back to sleep. Someday I'll have a truly consistent sleep schedule. I did do some electrolytes last night before sleep and had a slightly higher than usual pulse this morning, no idea if that was a factor.
Nothing else notable. TGIF.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, mash, 2 oz Cabot extra sharp cheddar
Again.
Dinner: Keto bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA
Always tasty. Debating having an allu ice cream.
Exercise: Nope.
