Okay, time for a day of better choices. I can do this.
It won't be perfect. I know that. I expect that I'll eat some things later in the week especially. But I can get started with a nice lunch and let's see if I can add a home cooked dinner to it as well. Go.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. You can tell I've been slacking as I could have eaten something. Usually I'm fully used to not.
Lunch: Soup, mashed potatoes, 2 oz Cabot extra sharp cheddar
Not a great batch of soup at all. Oh well. I have lots of it. It wasn't bad, just kinda bland.
Dinner: 3 eggs over medium, hash browns in butter/EVOO, 3 Meijer sausage patties, 12 oz All Day IPA
A big ol' bowl of breakfast. More than I needed, but I could still keep eating. I'm sure satiety will kick in, it was a lot of grub.
Exercise: Nope. One battle at a time.
