Off to a very late start. Got to bed at a reasonable hour but didn't get right to sleep. Elected to not set an alarm this morning, so I didn't get up until after 9:00. By the time I get going, here it is after 10:30. Oof. At least I'm not headed to the golf course today.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w Tillamook plain cream cheese, coffee
I'm puzzled why Meijer stopped carrying only the veggie flavor Tillamook, but plain is okay I guess. Much cleaner ingredient list than the alternatives.
Lunch: 3 eggs over easy, mashed potatoes, leftover chorizo rotel dip, 3 strips bacon
Pretty tasty.
Snack: An ounce or so of Cabot extra sharp cheddar.
Maybe an ounce and a half, dunno.
Dinner: Brats MR, chips, salad no dressing.
Also: Big Mac, 2x Mcdouble, Sprite
Exercise: Nope. Active around the house, but no set exercise.
