Okay, that appears to be the end of the water release. We're done with the easy part. Of course I'll probably re-add a bunch of water when I go on vacation for 10 days, but it's a good practice run. It's been working well. Planned pizza coming this evening and Sunday dinner is always a wild card, but okay.
I did spin up a chocolate allu ice cream base that I had in the freezer last night and it was ... awful?!! I gave up after a couple bites. Not sure what went wrong.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee
Standard. I forgot to take a photo but it's the same thing I always get.
Lunch: 12 oz Miller Lite
Yup.
Dinner: Pep bacon pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA
As planned. Perfection. So good.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, a reasonable amount of extra walking. Not a lot of up and down today.
