Yeah That Makes A Difference

Turns out that eating a little less and getting some exercise is a good thing.  Go figure.

Pretty tired last night, got up once for water removal but otherwise slept through.  It wasn't the greatest night of sleep ever but it was at least average.  A bit of a headache this morning but as usual a shower and coffee is handling it.  Plan is to spend as much time at work as I can stand.  Oh joy.

Breakfast:  Leftover pancakes, CF sausage, OJ, coffee

Tasty, not notably satiating though I'll give it some time.  Maybe it'll kick in.

Lunch:  McD Big Mac, 2x McChix, Coke Zero, a few Maiz chips

Ugh.

Dinner:  Roast w gravy, box potatoes, carrots, SF peaches, 12 oz Miller Lite

Not the finest effort.

Also:  TB 2x chx ench burrito, cantina taco, loaded beef nachos.

Idiot.

Exercise:  Nope.
