Anyway, exercise won the battle with donuts yesterday, but only barely. It's not something I should make a regular feature. If I just paid attention and ate right there is a bunch of weight that would just fall right off. So do it already.
Breakfast: Coffee
At least there was this. No problem.
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled w 2 slices of smokehouse cheddar and hatch chilis, 3 strips CF bacon, 2 slices bread w butter and homemade jam, orange juice with sparkling water
This is how you carbify a lunch that should be virtually carbless. Just have eggs and cheese and bacon. But no, gotta add a bunch of other stuff. Dimwit. At least it was tasty.
Snack: BK double cheeseburge
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, home choc chip cookies
Mondays.
Exercise: Nope.
