Whew, made it through another week. No accomplishments today and looking to crash early.
Tomorrow will be be a very busy day.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jelly, coffee
Yeah, the standard pre-golf breakfast out.
Lunch: 16 oz Mich Ultra, later McD big mac and 2x hot and spicy mchix, a few chips w onion dip
Was hungry.
Dinner: Frozen pizza - Vito and Nick's II pep sausage
Was okay. Probably going to have some sparkling water with a splash of OJ to deal with a sweet craving without eating more food.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, modest extra walking plus a whole lot of shivering
Brrr.
