So Thrown Off

Well it's been interesting.  Went to bed at a reasonable time, woke up at ... 3:30 am.  And could not get back to sleep, so the day began not that much later.  It wasn't super productive, but I did get in a little pickup time at the office and did my grocery shopping.  There is a ton more that I could have done, but oh well.

Breakfast:  Bread w butter, coffee, donuts

Lots of things are off today.

Second breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jelly, coffee


Standard pre-golf breakfast, just six hours after I got up.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite

Liquid.

Dinner:  Leftover dominos pep/sausage, chips, barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guacamole, 12 oz All Day IPA

Yeah.  Cleaned up some stuff.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking.  Solid walking workout.
