Well, that's different. I had planned out today's meals and while I was waking up I spontaneously decided to bin those plans and do a 2MAD day. Maybe I'll make it a thing - breakfast for lunch and a sensible dinner. Easy. Simple. I definitely need to have dinners made ahead so I don't have to cook during the week, so I can have soup, reheat meat and mash, that sort of thing. I may choose to cook occasionally but it's usually a recipe for wasting food.
Or maybe I'll change it up tomorrow. But for today, so far so good.
Breakfast: Coffee
There you go.
Lunch: 3 CF eggs sunny, 3 CF sausage patties, hatch chilis, orange juice
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos. 12 oz All Day IPA. Home chocolate chip cookies
Dunno why but I was possessed to make cookies. And I have some left! Other than that it was a pretty successful day.
Exercise: Nope. Certainly could have - woke up at 5:15, was fully awake by 5:45 but didn't really get moving. Spent a lot of time mentally sifting through what needed to be done today.
