Less Dinner More Moving People

Whew.  Glad to have reached the weekend, even if there is much to be done.  Slept decently for once, I think it helped that dinner was slightly smaller last night.  Need to decrease it further.  And ban evening pizza forever.  

I also think it helped to get more exercise today, the walking was good for my legs.  We'll see how they do tonight, but post-golf they feel pretty decent.  I am tired, though.

Hoping that it's going to be a better week for the eating.  I dunno about the exercise, that depends on the sleep and I do have a need to work a bunch of extra hours.  So we'll see.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee

Standard pre-golf breakfast out.  First of the season.  Dependably good.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite, Wendy's double and frosty, a few chips

I forgot to add the chips to yesterday, cleaned up the bag.

Dinner:  Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, CF sausage patties


Something different.  Debating whether to have an All Day IPA later.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Moderate extra walking, did as much as I could.
