About time to kick off another push to be better.  I'm pretty stocked up on food - in fact I need to check to see if I've got room in the freezer for more soup before I do another batch - and I'm ready to be less fat.  April hasn't been very good.

And of course it would be great if I could get some fringe benefits, like losing the leg cramps.  Had a couple bouts last night, bad enough to wake up and have to stand up to deal with them.  It may be that I'll never be able to get rid of them due to too many accumulated injuries, but I do retain some miniscule hope that losing weight, better fitness and some set of dietary changes may someday free me from them.    

Anyway, time to get cracking, I'm behind.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w Good Culture plain cream cheese, coffee


Tasty as ever, as non-sating as ever.

Lunch:   Instapot short rib lazy ragu on bowtie pasta


Yesterday's cooking project.  Took longer than I anticipated, but since it was my first try not a huge surprise.  Pretty tasty.  Not the ideal pasta choice, but you go with what you have.

Snack:  A few chips/onion dip (cleaned up).  Entemanns mini apple pies.

Dinner:  Spaghetti w meatballs, salad w briannas avo oil ranch, garlic bread, 12 oz Miller Lite


Sunday dinners.  Yeah, very pasta-y today.

Also:  Culvers bacon deluxe, choc mint shake.  Okay, we're done.

Exercise:  Nope.  Rained out, which was okay, honestly.
