I was curious to see what impact the cookies would have on yesterday's result. I got a good number on the scale, so that's a plus. I do have a day or (most likely) two of additional cookies, so we'll see if that throws things off track yet.
I'll also be interested to see about sleep. Went to bed and was asleep just after 10. Woke up before midnight, water disposal. Woke up two hours later, foot cramp. Was still very much sound asleep when the alarm went off at 6:30. Took a while to get moving, I easily could have slept another hour or two. Sure would be nice to be consistent.
Anyway, it's another super busy day.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Again not an issue.
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled w hatch chiles and hot sauce, 3 CF sausage patties, orange juice
Last of the sausage. I had some leftover hot sauce from the taco place so I used that, was a tasty upgrade. Also bumped the egg count to 4 in hopes of a little more satiety.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep ham pork beef onion, breadsticks w sauce, home choc chip cookies
Complete meltdown. Consumed at work (other than the cookie nightcap). I will be so glad when I get this stuff done.
Exercise: Nope.
