More of the same. Work. Excessive eating. Not exercising.
Unimpressive. I did laugh at another minor dip on the scale. Despite cookies.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yep.
Lunch: 4 eggs over medium, 3 strips CF bacon, 2 slices smokehouse cheddar, hatch chilis. Bread w butter and homemade jam. A splash of OJ and San Pellegrino
Same as yesterday, I just didn't scramble the eggs. All good and a bit much, though I'll probably be hungry by dinnertime.
Dinner: Pizza Hut meat lovers ht, bread sticks, 12 oz Miller Lite, home choc chip cookies
Way overdid things.
Exercise: Nope. Not enough sleep.
