Considering that I have some very vivid dreams, I'm glad that more of them are not nightmares. Last night was very much out of the ordinary -- I had two nightmares. The first was my biggest fear, which I will not get into other than to say I'm surprised I don't get it more often. The second was more mundane - I bought a computer and two other items and had them stolen from a locker within the store while I was getting a cart to take them out. Not a huge deal, just loss of money and aggravation.
Anyway, I kinda suspect that the dreaming related to eating too much, I definitely paid the price. Was up and down multiple times. Woke up at 4:00, was awake for an hour and then decided I could scratch out a couple more hours which I did.
Time to get back on track tomorrow. Let's hope.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w plain Good Culture cream cheese, coffee
Tasty, bad for me.
Lunch: Donuts early, then 2x Culvers bacon single
I think I'll be good on donuts for a while. And Culvers too as these weren't quite as good.
Dinner: Chuck roast w gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners.
Also: TB cantina taco, loaded beef nachos, some choc chips
Exercise: Nope. Another thing to be fixed. I didn't burn as many calories shivering yesterday as I thought.
