What's That In Volume

It's conflicting.  On one hand it's darned annoying to have to spend so much time running to the bathroom.  On the other, I'm very glad to see that unnecessary water weight depart.  By my rough estimation I got rid of five POUNDS of it yesterday, which according to the internet is more than a half gallon in volume.  My goodness.  Appears to be slowing down today but we will see.  Eating crap sure packs on the liquid pounds.

Another weird wakeup, again between 3:00 and 4:00 and didn't get much sleep after that, though I again could not make myself get going.  Which is unfortunate, I think that's actually what I need to do, just suffer through a long day and go for the hard reset.  Certainly being slightly miserable just laying around for four or five hours isn't doing me any good.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  A little hungry again as lunch approached.

Lunch:   Soup, grilled cheese

Standard.  And good as usual.

Snack:  Jack Links (I think) hot beef stick, Coke Zero Sugar

Was kinda hungry all afternoon, made a stop and grabbed a stick.  Should have read the label but didn't, no readers.  Hope it was OK.

Dinner:   Mixed nuts, 12 oz Coors Light, 3 eggs over medium, sausage, pepper jack, guacamole, Nicks mint chip

Same stuff, slightly different presentation.  Guac was well out of date but fine.  All good.  I have a little more pep this evening - made a huge batch of soup and did a load of laundry, either of which is more than I've managed any other evening this week.

Exercise:  Nope.  No excuse, just messed up.  Not too concerned about it since this is the first week back on track after some seriously effed up eating, but I do hope to get going.  Will be golfing this weekend weather permitting but that season is winding down fast.
