Yeah, the human body is ridiculous. I violated every rule last night, ate bad, ate late, ate a zillion calories, ate just absoutely horribly. No exercise, just work. And instead of bloating up I unexpectedly get rid of some water and am down this morning. Sheesh. Was way off, WAY OFF on my prediction, even after I'd adjusted it down. I'll never fully understand.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Yup.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite, vanilla SF pudding w unsweet coconut
OOOOOF. Ate way too much pizza. And yet my stomach doesn't feel too stretched. This is not good.
Exercise: Nope. Same story.
