Hey dummy, if you stop piling on pounds of water weight, you'll spend less time in the facilities getting rid of it. This is not rocket science.
Obvious disconnect in the thought process. Broken brain. Pretty good guess at the scale though.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
First of the new batch, plenty good.
Dinner: 2x mexican 3x american tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, a few mixed nuts, choc SF pudding w unsweet coconut
Got an extra taco, but as it turned out I didn't really need it since they were pretty fat tonight.
Exercise: Nope. Probably for the best, had some leg issues yesterday.
