A Minor Surplus

In an unusual twist, I actually had some energy today.  Even what I would describe as a surplus!  Moved a lot faster, had pep in the step, wasn't at all tired after golf, did six quick blocks through a craft fair after I got home.  What a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast:  Standard pre-golf breakfast out


Dependably good.

Lunch:  Grilled cheese, 12 oz Miller Lite


Had a little bread leftover from the week and wasn't quite ready to fix dinner.

Dinner:  Deluxe Rotel dip with chorizo, Siete grain free tortilla chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, SF white choc pudding w unsweet coconut



Dunno why but I still feel like eating after eating all that.  Just the act, I'm not actually hungry.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, a good amount of extra walking.
