Anyway, a very small bump on the scale, nothing horrible despite last nights binge. I think there will be some bad eating through the weekend, but hopefully not quite so over the top awful. And then I need to buckle down.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. I avoided whatever baked good treat was brought in to work. So far.
Lunch Soup, gilled cheese, jalapeno chips
Standard but with chips.
Dinner: Sack of McDonalds, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chips
Sigh.
Exercise: Nope. This is a recuring theme.
