Easing into it. No suffering so far. I slept much better last night, though I still woke up at 3:00 for no discernable reason. Subsequent sleep was meh but at least, again, it was better than the night before.
Haven't let go of any of the many pounds of water that are hanging around waiting for a sign. Soon, I hope.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese, Cheeze Kurls
Ate the remaining Kurls so those are gone. It's getting real.
Dinner: 3 scrambled eggs, ~ 1/3 lb hot sausage, shredded cheddar. Mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, Nicks Mint Chip
All good if a bit much. I actually wasn't going to buy more Nicks (it's not summer anymore) but I got such a great deal stacking two offers that I had to grab a couple. Plus I found one in my freezer.
Exercise: Nope. Needed.
