A meh end to a not notably great week. Lots of bad eating.
But! For whatever reason the scale was down this morning. I did get rid of some non-water, but still, I did not in any way expect a drop after another night of bingeing.
On to the weekend. Next week needs to be better.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. At least there weren't any treats at work. I mean other than the leftovers of whatever it was that I avoided yesterday.
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl
Okay, but not really worth the 20 minute wait in line.
Snack: TB 2x chipotle grilled chicken burritos
Yeah, my favorite cheap fast food. An a thousand unnecessary calories.
Dinner: Mexican chuck roast, mash TCD style, 12 oz All Day IPA, little snack mix, vanilla SF pudding w unsweet coconut
Was shooting for barbacoa, didn't quite get there. Note to self, it would be better if you cubed the roast next time.
Exercise: Nope. At least I'll get some this weekend.
