Getting back on track is annoying. You never feel great. I can't call it the keto flu since I'm not keto and I don't feel that bad, I'm just off today. Woke up at 3:15 and while I was more awake I had no pep. Didn't get up until almost 8:00 (on a weekday, yikes) and accomplished maybe another 45 minutes of sleep. Just could not get moving. Sad. Hopefully I'll have more pep tomorrow.
Otherwise, finally started moving some water last evening, let's hope that continues. Pretty accurate prediction this morning too.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Was a little hungry as lunchtime approached but no worries.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Standard. No junk left on hand.
Dinner: Mixed nuts, 12 oz Coors Light, scrambled eggs, sausage, pepperjack cheese, sour cream. Nick's triple chocolate
All good again. And yeah, lots of water leaving this afternoon and evening.
Exercise: Nope. At least it was pouring rain, hard, at all times I was awake. Not going out there in that.
