Sigh. Why is it that the body pushes back hardest against getting rest on nights when you really need it? Between cramping and various other aches and pains it wasn't a restful night. Got up a few times as I made sure I was well hydrated last night. So as a result my energy level is rather flat so far today.
No meaningful change on the scale, flat there. Despite that I was notably puffy in the belly. Wheat belly. Middle aged man belly. Whatever you want to call it. Too many carbs. Too much garbage. Carbage.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Standard. No photo b/c charging phone. Did change up the cream cheese.
Snack: Grilled cheese
Downside to the lazy bagels, not enough protein. So I used up some bread and cheese.
Lunch: Sausage crust meatzza w/ pep mush gp onion, mozz, parm
A very cheesy day. This was very tasty.
Dinner: Round steak, mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, rolls w butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream w choc sauce
Sundays.
Also: McRib/cheeseburger/fries
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, well above average extra walking. Tired.
