Was sure I gained a bunch of weight.  Nope.  None.  Whew.  And after tomorrow I should be able to get back on the horse.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, bacon cheesy brrito, coffee, glazed donuts

Lunch:  CFA spicy, fries, mac and cheese, Coke Zero Sugar, strawberry shake

Dinner:  2x Mexican 2x American tacos, Kettle salt and vinegar chips, 12 oz All Day IPA, Nicks mint chip

Lunch:  Cookout double burger, fries w ketchup, cajun wrap, choc chip mint shake

Breakfast:  Deluxe omelette, sourdough toast, coffee

Lunch:  12 oz Yuengling, Cookout fries and caramel fudge shake

Dinner:  Rigatoni w sausage, mush onion peppers, meatballs, house salad w parmesan peppercorn, bread w butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz Yuengling, butter pecan ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Breakfast:  Eggs over hard, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, OJ, grapefruit, donuts, coffee

Lunch:  Preztels w cheese spread, 24 oz Yuengling

Dinner:  Rotisserie chicken, hash browns, cole slaw, 12 oz Yuengling, butter pecan ice cream

Exercise:  Nope.  Hurricant.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some junk - Oreos, donuts, lots of pretzels.
