Taking a minute this morning to be grateful. Grateful that I'm never hungry, that I get by financially, that I've been relatively healthy and have such great family. That's the big stuff. But I'm also grateful for little things, like when I don't take a huge hit on the scale despite multiple days of semi-binging. I only say semi- since it's been mostly limited to dinner. So at least there is that.
Anyway, going to practice some gratitude this morning.
Downside to nice weather this weekend is the golfing. I mean yay for fresh air and exercise but it sure soaks up a lot of time, golf plus chores means little time for the office which is where I really ought to be right now.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w plain cream cheese, coffee
Not thrilled with the schedule, was up too late last night doing the laundry so I was not rested enough to get up early. And I've dawdled quite a bit this morning. Not good. You know what was good? The lazy bagels. Extra tasty this morning.
Also: Coconut crunch mini donuts - an impulse buy at Walmart. Dumb.
Lunch: Italian sausage with peppers and onions, red lentil pasta, pasta sauce
Extremely delicious. Sausage from a local place, had the pasta and sauce on hand. First time other than in store sample I think for the pasta, I liked it.
Dinner: Fry daddy's snack mix, home burger, chips, potato salad, vanilla cake w choc pb ice cream, 2x TB chipotle chix burritos
Yeah, it was kind of a blowout today. Completely unnecessary.
Exercise: 14 holes with cart, more walking
