TGIS. Not really much to say, it's been a pleasant weekend day. Holding on to fall, I'm not close to ready for it to be winter soon.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade strawberry jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf breakfast out. Forgot to take a photo until after I'd eaten the eggs, potatoes and bacon. Oops. Oh well, it's been posted before.
Lunch: Campfire dog with KM, tater tots w ketchup, 12 oz Miller Lite
Was hungry, no photo. Oops. Was tasty too.
Dinner: CF brisket cooked in the crockpot w Ray's no sugar added BBQ sauce, Canyon Ranch avo oil potato chips
Nice to have this ready when I got home. Was decent, have leftovers.
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, some extra walking. Forgot my pedometer but I'm sure I got 10k+. Add on a quick trip through the grocery store too.
