Back In Not Black But Red

Whew.  Time for a catch up post.  Vacation was fantastic.  Great weather, just the right amount of golf.  And a moment of levity when I stepped on the scale yesterday morning for the first time since Friday the 24th.

Levity?  Post-vacation?  When I ate what I wanted and lots of it?

Yup.

I definitely wonder about whether my scale is working properly but I'm not going to complain when the news is good.  Dropped a bunch of weight, back closer to my low.  Other than shedding a lot of water on the drive down (which was odd because I had a starchy breakfast) I didn't really notice anything unusual.  

Anyway, long story short, at least 12k (and up to 22k) steps per day and spending the week in a third story walk up were good for me.  I slept decently - better than at home really - and didn't stress.  It was good.

Now let's see how much of the vacation food I can remember!  I did not log.

Breakfast:  2x TB cheesy sausage burritos, coffee

Need to get back on track shortly.

Lunch:  Super sub, peanut butter pretzels

Dinner:  Pizza Hut thin pep pork beef

Exercise:  Nope

Got home very very late last night, no time to prep, plus other reasons to eat what I wanted today.

Breakfast:  Breakfast sandwich, ham egg and cheese.  Coffee

Lunch:  CFA spicy, plain grilled chicken club, fries.  No bake cookies

Dinner:  4 meat and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treats

Exercise:  Nope

As for the past week, this is from memory but it should be pretty accurate.  We went through a box of triscuits, a bag of pretzels, six beers and a half gallon of butter pecan for junk food.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite, trail mix

Dinner:  Pizza w meatball, ham, mushroom, 12 oz Yeungling, 12 oz Miller Lite, some pretzels, butter pecan ice cream

Breakfast:  Deluxe omelet, grits, coffee

Lunch:  Cookout oreo shake, hot dog, fries, 16 oz Yuengling

Dinner:  Home cheeseburger, grilled shrimp, chips, 24 oz Miller Lite, butter pecan ice cream
