Got home about 12:30 this morning.  Hoooo boy was I tired today.  Kinda nice though to not gain weight despite holiday eating.

Breakfast:  Peanut butter filled pretzels, coffee

Lunch:  CFA spicy x2, frosted lemonade

Dinner:  Ham and salami sub, garlic cheese bread, rice krispie treat

Exercise:  lol no

Breakfast:  2 slices cold pizza, McD egg mcmuffin, 2x hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  Mini snickers bars

Dinner:  Steak n Shake plain double cheese, fries, strawberry shake

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, was over 10k steps

Lunch:  Mini snickers bars

Dinner:  Ham, pep onion pizza, soft serve twist ice cream, Yuenglings

Exercise:  9 holes with cart

Lunch:  Hot dog KMR, Powerade Zero

Dinner:  Cheeseburger, fries w ketchup, Diet Coke

Also:  Goose Island IPA, cheddar cheese pretzel chips

Exercise:  27 holes with cart
