Paid the price this morning for the weekend's gluttony. And I didn't do anything today to reverse it, obviously. Going in the wrong direction here before vacation, which is only ten days away but who's counting. (Hint: IT ME)
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee with min cocoa butter
Only had one cup this morning for some reason.
Lunch: CFA 2x spicy, frosted lemonade
No photo. Wanted chicken, got chicken.
Dinner: 3 tacos mexican style plus avo and hot sauce, chips and salsa
Been wanting some crunch, pretty sure this was a suboptimal way to get it. Good though.
Exercise: Nope. Limping today, darned corn.
