It's true what they say, you can't outrun (or in my case outwalk) a bad diet. Sigh.
Plan for today is TBD, rain forecast is somewhat improved so maybe golf will happen after all. If the course isn't too soggy after yesterday's deluge that is.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns in butter, 4 strips Meijer regular bacon, grapefruit, coffee
As is often the case, breakfast of champions today. Glorious. Bacon a shade overdone, may want to drop the temp when making regular thickness I dunno. But still 9.5/10. Really enjoying the homemade hot sauce too. Will have to make another batch when I get back from vacation.
Lunch: Wendys Daves Double (before golf), Popeyes spicy chicken (after golf)
Junk food but both sandwiches were good.
Dinner: Meatloaf, four cheese mashed potatoes, cheesy green beans, rolls with butter, peaches
Sunday dinners man.
Also a Culver's concrete mixer. And I need to add 12 oz Miller Lite to yesterday.
FAT.
Exercise: 9 holes walking. Pedometer said almost exactly 10,000 steps.
