Thank goodness for the weekend. Up too late last night, so I was sleepy this morning. Barely made it to golf in a timely fashion. That's life I guess. After vacation I really need to make a push to fix the sleep schedule.
Anyway, feeling pretty lucky tonight, we dodged nearly all the forecast rain this morning. Rained hard all afternoon after we finished and still going this evening. I don't enjoy being out in the rain.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, tortillas, jack cheese, homemade hot sauce, 4 strips Kiolbasa pepper bacon, coffee
So late I didn't take the time to eat my grapefruit. Just stuck it back in the fridge.
Lunch: CFA spicy chicken, frosted lemonade (no photo, eaten in car)
More like dinner part 1, since it was after 4:00.
Dinner: 2x Taco Bell beef burritos (no photo, eaten in car)
Lots of calories today. They were meh. Home tacos would have been a better option if I had thawed any beef or made the batch that I'm planning on doing tomorrow.
Exercise. 18 holes with cart, good extra walking. With the trip to the grocery store the pedometer reported 15,750 steps, of which over 11k were from golf. Not bad. Even better, I felt pretty good.
