March is over, never a bad thing. Bring on spring and some warmer weather.
Actually woke up early this morning, before 5:00 and didn't feel bad. I didn't get anything accomplished other than getting some blood drawn before work but still it was nice to not be dozy. Trending in the right direction there.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee w min cocoa butter
Standard.
Lunch: Home tacos with ground beef, mexicheese, sour cream and fire sauce. Fage 5% plain yogurt.
Messy but it tasted good. Lousy photo too, weird lighting.
It appears the TruBlend yogurts might be dead in favor of a variety that has sugar on the ingredients list. Oh well, I can always buy plain and doctor it up if I feel the need.
Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, medium avocado, cream cheese, banana bread w butter, 24 oz All Day IPA
Decided not to cook up more bacon. It's better with bacon. Still delicious though. Huge hunk of banana bread, felt the need to be done with it.
Exercise: Nope.
