In a normal world this week would be spring break. Since I really can't go anywhere ... or at least shouldn't go anywhere ... instead it's work as usual.
Not a good night of sleep. Tired this morning and have some aches and pains that were not there last evening, a leg is cranky, I can feel the corn on the bottom of my foot and pretty stiff in general. Oh well, I suppose it comes with being old and fat.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee with min cocoa butter
Standard.
Lunch: Taco salad with rubbed pork, 2 Lewis butter rolls with butter and Meijer honey ham leftovers
Salad was a fail. Ate about a quarter of it, then a few bites picking out the pork, then I just gave up. I thought the pork would be fine when I ate a small piece yesterday but I just didn't care for it. Back to the adovada plan for when I want pork. Going to try just using taco meat tomorrow. Fortunately I had leftovers from last night on hand to fill in.
Dinner: 4 tacos, mexican style with avocado and hot sauce. 24 oz Miller Lite
Dependably good and I remembered to keep it to 4. Soon I should downsize to three.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day, as mentioned my body is cranky today. Which is disappointing.
