Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee w min cocoa butter
Standard.
Lunch: Smoked brisket w bbq sauce, sausage, dill pickles
Way too much food, the guy was very generous with my 1/2 lb order. Bolted it down and would have liked to have saved some.
Dinner: Pizza hut thin crust pep ham green olive
Not their best effort.
Exercise: Nope. Fatigued.
