I am suprisingly OK with last night's meltdown. Reasons. Was pleased that I didn't feel bad this morning, I thought there might be a lingering effect other than the anticipated bump on the scale. As a bonus I have not been hungry so far.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee with min cocoa butter
Standard.
Lunch: Keto sausage balls, plain greek yogurt, hot dill pickle chips
Just reaching for convenience here. All good.
Dinner: Home tacos with refried beans, jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, fire sauce, leftover restaurant hot sauce from Monday. 24 oz All Day IPA
It was a very cheesy day. It has occurred to me that I should eat less of it. Anyway, I put beans between the tortillas instead of cheese this time and it worked out great, these were delicious. Tacos FTW.
Exercise: Nope. Super sluggish this morning due to staying up far too late. Lots of home projects this evening. Excuses, excuses. Edit: Yes. I took my TV off the wall and had to lift the darned thing a bunch of times to get it back up there. It's like I lifted and you're darned right I'm counting it, that was a fun hour.
