Just Desserts Without Dessert

I am suprisingly OK with last night's meltdown.  Reasons.  Was pleased that I didn't feel bad this morning, I thought there might be a lingering effect other than the anticipated bump on the scale.  As a bonus I have not been hungry so far.

Breakfast:  2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee with min cocoa butter

Standard.

Lunch:  Keto sausage balls, plain greek yogurt, hot dill pickle chips


Just reaching for convenience here.  All good.

Dinner:  Home tacos with refried beans, jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, fire sauce, leftover restaurant hot sauce from Monday.  24 oz All Day IPA


It was a very cheesy day.  It has occurred to me that I should eat less of it.  Anyway, I put beans between the tortillas instead of cheese this time and it worked out great, these were delicious.  Tacos FTW.

ExerciseNope.  Super sluggish this morning due to staying up far too late.  Lots of home projects this evening.  Excuses, excuses.  Edit:  Yes.  I took my TV off the wall and had to lift the darned thing a bunch of times to get it back up there.  It's like I lifted and you're darned right I'm counting it, that was a fun hour.
