I remember fondly when big weight drops happened last month. Getting rid of that easy surplus water is such a good feeling. The little drops that come later in the process, especially after a big jump, are much less enjoyable. Better than gains but way less fun. Some of the weight this time seems to be sticky, it's going to hang around until and unless I get serious.
Breakfast: Coffee w cocoa butter
Pretty amusing, I was thinking about cutting back to 2MAD after vacation and the next thing I knew I was out the door without having grabbed my cheese. Oops. No harm done.
Lunch: Home tacos w refried beans, jack cheese, fire sauce and lettuce. Plain greek yogurt.
Dependably good.
Dinner: 3 eggs sunnyside, hash browns in butter, 4 strips Kiolbasa pepper bacon, hot sauces. 24 oz Miller Lite
I was hungry, then I ate this enormous plate of perfection and now I'm not hungry. It may have been a bit much but ... no regrets.
Exercise: Nope. Very sluggish (and late) this morning, pouring rain this evening. Not much pep and no projects that involve weightlifting tonight.
