The Catchup

It's been a heckuva couple weeks.  Zero motivation, lots of stress, heaps of work, no productivity around the house.  Finally broke through a bit this morning -- after an early to bed night that featured weird dreams and the worst snore score yet.  Hoping to at least get the house sorted a bit as a step toward a productive week.

Weight has been fluctuating in a narrow band of six or eight pounds or so.  No major gains but I've sure been eating like crap.  I bought some carbage at the store yesterday, will probably clean that up but also have some designs on getting my ass in gear.

Breakfast:  Yellow rice, coffee, lemon Oreos

Lunch:  Wendy's Daves double, lemon lime gatorade

Dinner:  Brat, potato salad, a few chips, strawberries, 16 oz Mich Ultra, 2 lime fruitsicle bars

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, min walking.  <8k steps.

Saturday, May 8

B:  Egg McMuffin, 2x hash browns, coffee, G2

L:  CFA spicy, mac and cheese, frosted lemonade

D:  TB 2x beef burritos, crunchy taco, chips and cheese, lemon Oreos

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, about 10k steps


Friday, May 7

B:  Breakfast bagel sandwich w bacon, egg, cheese, cream cheese.  Coffee

L:  Wendy's double w cheese, lg choc frosty

D:  Bacon cheeseburger pizza

E:  9 holes w cart


Thursday, May 6 and backwards

B:  Either McD or TB

L:  CFA or other fast food, had breakfast out one day

D:  Pizza, tacos on Mondays

E:  27 holes w cart on Tuesday, otherwise not on weekdays.  18 w cart on weekends.
