Breakfast:  2 slices deluxe american, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2x chbg, 2x mcchicken, fries, Dr Pepper

Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese ginder, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Also:  McD 2x chbg, choc shake

Exercise:  9 holes w cart, minimum walking
