Ok. End of phase, time for a few changes.
For the sake of accountability, I plan to sharply curtail social media/internet time. I have too much to do. On the food front, going to eat at home as much as possible ... I will have to eat out socially one to three times a week, but that's the way it goes. I frequently don't have to pay and do not worry about those, though they won't exactly be "on plan".
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade strawberry jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf breakfast out
Lunch: McD 2x chbg, big mac, fries, Dr Pepper
Dinner: Homemade pizza, salad, Sprite, ice cream sundae
Also: McD 3x chbg, Dr Pepper
Exercise: 18 holes, about 9k steps, w cart
