Reckoning Coming

At least I felt better today.  The stress wasn't quite as incapacitating.

Breakfast:  2x panera asiago bagel w plain cream cheese, coffee

Lunch:  BK chicken sandwich, bacon chbg, fries, Dr Pepper

Dinner:  Italian sub, garlic cheese bread, rice krispie treats, vanilla shake

Exercise:  Nope
