Thinking that I am about ready. Finally. I mean I could be more ready -- I'm trying to get things cleaned up and prepped but time is so short. Lots of golf really cuts into the weekend. At least the golf has been keeping the weight in range, if I can make some improvements on the eating front there are some pounds that should drop off pretty quick.
Breakfast: Cajun hash browns w sausage, peppers, onion and 2 eggs, raisin toast, coffee
Tasty. I don't go out to breakfast on the weekends as often as I did pre-pandemic, but now that I can maybe I will. Or maybe I'll just fix breakfast at home. Or not eat breakfast. The possibilities are endless.
Lunch: McD 2x cheeseburger, fries, Dr. Pepper. Root beer
Dinner: Home olive burger, salad with ranch, peaches, Meijer lime bars
Very tasty, would eat the burger again.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, about 9k steps. Also did the grocery shopping and moved three yards of bark. Surprised that I'm not more tired, but I am sure I will be.

Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast, coffee
Pre-golf meal out. Solid.
Lunch: 24 oz+/- draft beer of some kind
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin crust pep ham gr olive, breadsticks w sauce
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, about 11k steps

Lunch: BK double chz, 2x bacon chz, chicken nuggets, value fry
Dinner: TB beef chalupa, 5L burrito, beef burrito, chips n cheez, root beer
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, 9k steps
