Not much luck rebooting on Mondays. Might need to pick a different day, try and build up a little momentum going into the worst day of the week.
Breakfast: 2 slices Kraft deli deluxe american cheese, coffee
It started off OK.
Lunch: CFA 2x spicy, fries, frosted lemonade
And then went off the rails.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, chips and salsa
Exercise: Nope.
