Okay.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w strawberry jam, coffee

Standard pre golf breakfast out

Lunch:  Sack of Taco Bell, root beer

Dinner:  McD 2x chbg, fry, Dr Pepper

Thought about ice cream, decided I didn't need it.

Exercise:  18 holes w cart, just over 10k steps
