Lunch: Jimmy Johns EC Italian, salt and vinegar chips, cookie
Snack: A few Triscuits, 2x McD cheeseburger, choc shake
Dinner: Half a pizza with ham and meatballs, 12 oz Miller Lite
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, little walking
