Yeah That Whoosh

There is only one thing not to like about seeing ten pounds of purely-bad-diet-induced water weight vanish almost as soon as you even half assedly pay attention to your diet -- you actually have to get rid of that water, which meant getting up an extra time last night.  Ugh.  I well remember the days when I could actually sleep through the night.  Getting old sucks.

Anyway, another OK day.  Not great, not awful.  But far better than the last couple months!

Breakfast:  2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese, coffee


Remembered the photo today.  Ate at 9 something, I may as well just eat at home if I'm not going to hold out longer than that.

Lunch:  Keto meatballs with thousand island dressing, Claussen half dill pickle


Made the meatballs on Monday, they turned out quite good - 1/3 italian sausage, 1/3 CF ground beef, 1/3 CF ground beef with heart.  The dressing isn't ideal, just a bit of mayo with some Simply Heinz ketchup (which of course has sugar).  It went well with the meatballs though, something I picked up from a low carb cookbook years ago.  Have several more meals of these in the freezer.

Dinner:  2 eggs, 5 strips thick cut bacon, hash browns, medium avocado, 12 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz All Day IPA


So good.  I go back and forth whether I like bacon or sausage best with the GOAT, tonight bacon was the clear winner.  This was a lot of food, with the extra bacon and more hash browns than I thought were left in the bag.  Oops.  No regrets though as it was 10/10 delicious.

Exercise:  Nope.  Leg continues to feel better, though not 100%.  Hopefully will be more active this weekend.
