Wow am I messed up. Stayed up too late watching a football game I didn't really care about, struggled to sleep and felt awful this morning. But for two very urgent trips to flush liquid I might still be sleeping. As it was I slept until nearly 11:00. I just don't do that. And it's immediately thrown an ambitious plan for the day for a complete loop. We'll see how much I can scale it back.
Also, I realize that I have a lot of crap food on hand to eat up. Gulp.
Breakfast: Leftover sausage strata, orange juice, coffee, chex mix
Ate about half of this. It was way too much.
Lunch: Freddy's patty melt, fries, Dr. Pepper
Snack: Chex mix, Sprite
Dinner: CFA spicy chicken sandwich, chocolate milkshake
Exercise: Was active including lifting and moving stuff, kinda counts.
