Quiet day and that's a good thing. Did stay up too late last night so I did not make any progress toward shifting my schedule in the right direction. Need to start working on that, getting up this late is not good.
Breakfast: 2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese, coffee
Waited until 9:30 to eat these, felt decent about that decision. Going to stretch morning food and not eat until hungry (or lunch, whichever comes first). Forgot to take a photo.
Lunch: Tacos, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fire sauce.
Standard stuff. Good today.
Dinner: 2 eggs sunny side up, 2 sausage patties, hash browns, medium avocado, 24 oz Miller Lite
Same meal, done to perfection. Quite hungry this evening. Might have to think about some popcorn too.
Exercise: Nope, although definite improvement with the knee/leg. Not nearly as much pain today.
