Ugh. Woke up about 4:00 with a headache and even though I "slept" until almost 9:00 I got very little additional sleep. Neither the bed nor the recliner worked to get me back to zzzs. Add in the fact that I just don't feel great today of course I'm sitting here saying please don't get it.
I had work ambitions today that aren't happening. I would downgrade all the way to no ambitions but my TV is refusing to turn on for some reason (no, it's not the remote) so I'll be spending some time troubleshooting that.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 2 strips bacon, 2 slices artisan white bread w butter, avocado, glass of whole milk, orange juice, coffee
Cleaned up the OJ from a couple weeks ago, decided to have some milk for extra vitamin D. Thought about buying some vitamin D enhanced OJ at the store but ended up passing. I did get some free grapefruits for extra vitamin C though.
Lunch: Yellow rice with ham, Sprite, Snickers brownie bar
The rice is quite the comfort food and the addition of ham gives it at least a little redeeming value. It might be fun to kick it up even futher with some sauteed celery and onion, or who knows what else.
Dinner: Taco salad with al pastor pork, mexican coke, Hudsonvile salted caramel brownie ice cream
Dependably good. It had been a while.
Exercise: Nope. Yesterday sure tired me out though.
