Okay. Sluggish this morning but let's do this. At least let's do somewhat better.
Breakfast: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese, coffee
Leftover from NYD scalloped potatoes. Ate more than I planned, the danger of having food around when I'm not on my food meds. On the plus side I wasn't too hungry come lunchtime.
Lunch: Tacos w cheddar, lettuce and sour cream
Used a little too much water when reheating the meat, washed out the seasoning some. Oh well, still fine.
Dinner: 2 eggs sunny side up, 2 sausage patties, hash browns, medium avocado. 24 oz Miller Lite. Also ended up eating 2 slices of thick cut bacon and a homemade keto meatball (small). And a couple mini jelly beans.
Tasty as always. Busy cooking night for a weeknight, made meatballs, taco meat and a package of bacon. I should be in good shape for protein this week.
Exercise: Nope. Leg hurting pretty bad today. Going to try a few days of rest before seeing a doc. Good news is that it feels better this evening than it did this morning.
